She is in MINT condition, The tolex imperfection in the picture (bottom right corner of the amp, tiny tiny) HAS been repaired. Can only find it if you're REALLY looking.
The footswitch IS included. I've never gigged with this amp, and i've only used it a handful of times. Never even gotten past bedroom volume levels. There has never been any problems at all.
