FS: Yamaha FS720S Acoustic Guitar and Pickup

This guitar is in mint condition and only about 6 months old. I have a Yamaha APX900 acoustic electric. The APX is a thin body and doesn't have a real strong output unplugged. Many of the nursing homes I go into are too small for the PA and I need to do the 'unplugged' gig. I bought this FS720S for that purpose. It is an awesome guitar and has more than enough output for what I need. However I am getting so many accounts that I also needed to purchase another acoustic electric for a backup to my APX900, in case anything ever happens to it. I wanted to buy a dreadnought acoustic electric, so I could sell this one and use the backup for the 'unplugged' gigs. I just changed the strings with Martin Acoustic strings. I will also sell a Dean Markley sound hole pickup for those that want to electrify it! I will sell this for $225 shipped! Here are some specs:

A small body acoustic guitar, (between a dreadnought and a thin body acoustic) the FS720S has the same features as the FG720S, including a solid spruce top, chrome hardware, and non-scalloped X-bracing. Perfect for anyone who wants a natural sound in a smaller, more comfortable to play guitar.

Yamaha FS720S FOLK GUITAR Features:

Top: Solid Sitka spruce
Back and sides: Nato (eastern mahogany)
Neck: Nato
Fingerboard and bridge: Rosewood
Tuners: Die-cast chrome
