Active EQ with condensor mic inside and piezo saddle bridge. Strung with Thomastik Jazz Flats. I have a high C on it but the nut is cut for either a low B or high C. I bought a 6 string set of Thom's, so you have your choice. Nice hard case included too. The neck is really comfy, jazz bass spacing and fast feeling. GREAT bass, but I'm just not taking to a 5 string...
