FT, My 1978 Corvette for your VINTAGE FENDER bass.

Yep,
I am looking to trade my 1978 Corvette for a vintage Fender bass. Here is the skinny on the car. It has a freshly rebuilt 350 from the block up. The block was vatted and pressure checked and it checked out fine. It has heads from a 73, not double humps. The engine runs strong and the tranny shifts smoothly. It has a new Edelbrock performer carb, Edelbrock performer cam and lifters, and Edelbrock aluminum intake. Fresh tires, new carpet(which could stand to be glued down a little better), and the original rally wheels. It had factory air, but the compressor was gone when I bought it, and I didn't want air, so it would need the compressor. The windows are slightly off track and would need to be put on track to fully function. They roll up and down, just not like they should. One of the t-top liners has given up the ghost somewhat(see pic) It will also need a radio. She runs and drives GREAT, just a little TLC needed here and there, but the tough stuff is done! Looking for 60s era Fenders. Thanks.

Here are some pics:

I wondered if this has been done before. I have offered it to a couple of folks with vintage basses, but most of them needed the cash. Thought I would put it out there and see.

Surprised you aren't looking for a vintage StingRay. By far the coolest trade bait EVER on TB!
