Bought this guitar brand new a few months ago. I think it is a 2009 model. I was looking for a cheap backup that was a hardtail. In great shape, but the pics show some areas I forgot to whip down

I took pics with and without the flash hoping to show you the true red, it is not as bright as the flash makes it look.
I replaced the stock pups with Dimarzio D Activator bridge and neck. Very impressed with these pickups. They sound just like Dimarzio describes them, active tone with passive dynamics. The wiring was a pain since I made it special with the five way switch.
5: Neck pickup
4: Neck pickup (parallel)
3: Both Neck and Bridge
2: inside coils ( very teleish!)
1: Bridge pickup
All the positions give you something. I really like switching from clean 2 into lead 1. Has the standard Wizard neck which is comfy. Currently have a set of 60-14 on here and strung to drop C for a lil metal mayhem. I have it setup for C, but I didn't monkey with the nut as much as I could have incase I wanted to go back to standard. This guitar really is champagne on a beer budget if you are looking for a cheap metal axe this is it. Save your money on the expensive pups and wiring pain. Not to mention, this guitar sounded great for everything, not just metal. Cleans are great and all assorted rock tones. The truth is I just dig beat up crap strats. So I want to sell this and build another one. Willing to trade if you have some type of hardtail strat / carvin bolt.
Asking 340 shipped for axe as is. This will come double boxed in its original packaging. I think this is a decent deal. If you want to be super cheap, I still have the stock pups. I will take out the D Activators ( I know I can sell them for a good price because the metal kids are raving about them) and I can throw the stock ones in, but I will not rewire it. Let me know what you think it is worth with the stock pups. I can include the stock pups for the buyer/trade as well. Again the pics do not do this thing justice, but here they are:
