Bought this for my GF for her to learn. It got played like 15 times... it's got a few scuffs from being moved around but is in pretty good shape. Has great sound for a cheapo acoustic.
$100 takes it. I'm just south of Baltimore I'd love to do this local to make it quick and easy.
