Incase Macbook Soft case and Apple mini-DVI to VGA adapter

My macbook was stolen a while ago, and I hung onto these because I was planning on getting a new one. I'm getting a macbook pro, so I won't need these anymore. Both are in great condition with little use, the case is meant for the 13.3" macbooks, but could probably hold other similar sized laptops.

My apologies, I guess I totally forget to say the price. The cable has been sold, but I would do the case for $20+ shipping. I don't have pictures of the inside of the case right now. I will take them and get them up as soon as I get home(I get out at 5EST).
