Why am I selling it so quick? Here's the story:

It turns out that my 32GB broken 3GS was not broken, it had a bad battery. So, I buy a 2nd battery and now I have no use for the 16GB 3GS I bought off of 4Mal

Both units can be used with AT&T or you can use them in AirPlane mode and use use it as an iPod. WiFi works on both units.

As stated above, I've replace the battery with a new aftermarket battery and replace the cracked back housing with a new aftermarket back housing*. I'm included 5 cases, 2 Otter Box cases, 1 Dio case and one Clear Gel Case.
*The aftermarket case is a little thicker than the original. The InCase Sliders fit but are a tight fit. Putting them on is OK but taking them off can be tough, which is why I'm included incases with the 3G.

This was my 1st iPhone. It was handed down to my son. He now has a 4 and I've been using this on my alarm clock dock. It has a bunch of scratches on the back from being placed and taking out of InCase cases. There is also a crack by the back where you connect it for charging. This seems to be pretty common. I'm included 4 cases, 2 InCase cases, 1 Speck case and one Clear Gel Case.
