Up for sale is my Marshall TSL601 combo amp. It features 60 tube watts, three channels, a 12 inch Marshall/Celestion speaker, and true spring reverb. The clean channel features an independant reverb control, three band EQ, a deep/normal tone shift switch and gain control, which can dial in the Marshall clean tone, up to a bit of grit. The distortion channels feature seperate gain & volume controls for each channel, a mid shift switch for a more modern tone or classic Marshall tone, and a three band EQ. The master section includes a master volume/presence control, seperate reverb controls for the clean/distortion channels, and an effects loop mix level On the back of the combo, there is an effects loop, with a stomp box/rack gear level switch, external biasing pins, foot controller input, extention jacks for external speaker cabinets, and a simulated XLR out for direct recording or getting signal to the PA .. Included in the sale is the original packaging, printed manual, 5 button footswitch, and the amp with the power cord. I am the 2nd owner and the original purchase was from Music Quest in Stevens Point. I believe the amp was produced in 2001. The first owner has many amps, so this one has seen minimual gigs, and has been well cared for. Tubes have low hours on them, and the speaker is nearly new, as the first owner prefers JBL speakers and pulled the stock speaker when it was new. The amp nails the Marshall tone in a combo, but I just prefer the Fender tone. The amp can easily hit the Marshall crisp clean, dirty blues, and the third channel gets the 80's/90's rock/metal tone.
The condition is excellent except for one tolex ding shown in the side picture, and there is a small ding or two in the bottom that you can almost see in the picture of the back.
