Motorolla Q9M phone. A little over a year old. No issues. A couple MINOR scrapes here and there.

question to the OP: does it require a data plan? | It doesn't "require" a data plan, but if you go into something that tries to use a feature of the data plan, be ready to get hit with their per Kb charge. I don't know what it is, but I'm sure it's a crazy high price. |

I just got rid of my iPhone-didn't need the data plan (it's $30 a month on AT&T). This is a great price on this phone.
