Back in November, my car was involved in an accident and when the insurance company fixed it, they neglected to fix the transmission and now the transmission in my german import car is now destroyed from accident related abuse. The insurance company is not fulfilling their obligations to fix it, so this is forcing me to pay out of pocket while i seek judicial restitution and retribution. The total cost to fix the transmission is $3900.

Beats by Dr. Dre headphones .These are the limited edition white ones. They're by far the best headphones i've ever used. The headphones use 2 AAA batteries. They're extremely loud, comfortable, and stylish. DEEP booming bass, Crystal clear high's, and it's VERY hard to distort these. They're active noise cancelling and have maybe a total of 5 hours or 2 battery changes on them. Took them with me to Iraq and hardly used while there and now that I'm home, I can listen to music with my big speakers so these aren't as useful as they once were. They cost me over $300 new. Comes with the headphones, 2 cables (one with microphone for appletalk on ipods) 1/4" adapter, polishing cloth, original case.

Epiphone Les Paul 100. It's sunburst with creme plastics and chrome hardware. It's had a pro setup 2 months ago and the action is great. Strings are pretty old though, so i'll include some new ernie balls. I've had some Gibson 490R and 490T pickups added to it, and a Graphtech Tusq nut. It could use a new selector switch and jack, but they work great anyhow...
