Free bump on this. I've owned a D50 for a couple of years now, and have not felt the upgrade bug to date (other than lenses, but that's typical GAS for photography nuts ).

GREAT camera, and this is a very nice package price.

Thanks guys. This one is about as clean and as good as they come. It is a great camera and the photos it takes are awesome. We have printed out 11x17s and they look fantastic....

That's about the highest print you can do with the D50 and maintain decent DPI for up-close viewing.
However, these D50s are GREAT for the on-the-move-constantly photographer who needs something small and light! Also great entry for someone to get into dSLRs.
How many clicks on the shutter?

Go take a random picture.
Copy it to your computer.
Go to this URL:
http://regex.info/exif.cgi/

Select the image from your computer.
It'll pull the shutter count from EXIF and tell you.

For the record, I've managed even larger without a grain issue. I'm looking at one in particular on my wall.

These are seriously nice cameras, and the new price is borderline theft.

+1 on this being a great camera. The larger light sensor in the D50 means more accuracy with automatic exposures.

Dah!!! I just tapped out the disposable funds on some studio/recording stuff last week and this package is just what I need for a trip to Costa Rica in next six months or so. If I can scrape up the bucks, you'll be the first to know.

Open to cash + trade offers. I would like to get at least $250 cash plus trade item (SX bass, pedals, etc..)

Obviously, the price shipped is still available too.
