Seagate Momentus 320 Gb laptop hard drive.

I Recently had my daughter's laptop serviced by Dell because it fell of a bookshelf and the bottom chassis, top cover and LCD bezel cracked.

The tech said that they would send me a replacement hard drive because their tests showed problems with the existing drive. However, we've had it back several weeks and the computer is working just fine so I'm going to sell this spare drive.

Due to the sticker you'll see in the photos I believe the drive is imaged for the laptop- it is an Inspiron N4010. So I guess it should have Windows Home Premium (I believe 64 bit) and whatever software came with the laptop- probably a lot of other junk.

I only have the Windows license for my daughter's laptop so if you put the drive in a Dell Inspiron that does not have a valid Win 7 license, it's on you to get one. Of course if you buy the drive for some other laptop or to use as an external drive then you'd probably format it anyway.

Don't sell it! I can almost guarantee you something is going to go wrong. If this were my laptop, I'd backup all of my data to an external drive, replace the hard drive, then reinstall the OS + put back the data.
