Selling my Sennheiser HD280's, they are about a year old, very gently used in my home studio only. They still look brand new. And they sound absolutely awesome, nothing isolates better for tracking than these do, and they have a nice flat response to mix on as well!
Details here: Sennheiser HD 280 PRO | Sweetwater.com

Has the 3.5mm end with gold 1/4" screw-on adapter.

$70 SHIPPED USA

Measures 5/8" from edge to driver-covering. Is that what you needed?

And no upgrade, just too many sets of headphones that aren't getting used... I use Beyerdynamic cans for mobile mixing, but I use HD280's for monitoring 99% of the time. The isolation is fantastic!

That helps. I wear earbuds under the headphones I have now to listen to the track I have to play along with and record to. The headphones are about that measurement. Mine measure 3/4".

Pondering.....

As long as the earbuds are low profile it shouldn't be a problem at all. I've used them (for isolation) on top of Westone UM2's before with no problems at all.

IMHO these are the best sounding phones under $100, and the isolation is really what sold me. For monitoring, they are the best I've used at any price.
