I have a
Vox Valvetronix AD15VT modeling guitar amplifier in superb condition available for sale. Here's the official VOX spiel about the amp:
"In the Vox Valvetronix AD15VT 15W Guitar Combo, Vox's patented Valve Reactor technology provides genuine tube tone with the stability of solid-state sound. A 12AX7 tube and low-wattage tube power circuit are combined with digital models of 11 classic amps plus 11 high-end effects for an amazingly versatile little jamming and recording amp that sounds fabulous. 2 user-programmable channels and preset mode let you switch your whole setup on the fly. Knob-based interface provides easy editing. Headphone line out."
What that all says is that they were able to pack tones from just about any classic guitar amp you could want into this little box. As one might expect, this little guy nails the Vox AC15 and AC30 models, but also does a superb job recreating Fender, Mesa Boogie, and Marshall tones amongst others! Effects include compression, reverb, tremolo, chorus and, by increasing the gain, a very nice tube overdrive. It's great for a dorm room, bedroom, jamming with friends, coffeehouse gigs. I'm selling to raise money for a more powerful amp, probably another VOX.
How much, you ask? How does
$120 shipped CONUS and Paypalled sound? If, for some reason, you are looking to downsize (maybe the amp you have is just too much for your dorm room), let me know what you have and maybe we can discuss a trade where you end up with this nifty little guy and some cash in your pocket! I'd be particularly interested in a Vox AC30CC1 or one of many Fender tube amps.
