I got this awhile back and just have not used like I thought I would... guitarist in the band got one too, so we've been using his. This is as new... can't call it new because it's opened. I bought a 4 gig SD card for it so you get a ton of recording time. I think my son snagged the earbuds that came with it... so I don't have those.
