Zoom R16 recorder/interface/controller w/8 GB card

I bought this recorder to do a mobile multi-track recording of my band. I've recorded two songs with it, and since the band has split. I'm building a home studio right now, and don't have a need for this recorder any longer.

It's basiclly brand new, and has the upgraded 8 GB SDHD card. It's able to recored 8 tracks on once, and layer another 8 on top of that. Phantom power and onboard condensers. Very nice recorder for mobile use, or out on a gig.

These are fantastic units for recording live shows. Just run each channel off a mixer into the R16 and you're rewarded with pristine tracks you can then mix in any DAW.

I've used this as stlfbn mentioned. Along with that method I had another mic on a stand to capture the crowd noise. Worked really well.
