question about recent purchase

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi Todd- I just purchased your Book/DVD combo...Walking Bass Line Modules System
Volume 2: scale modules

good stuff so far but....

Inside the front cover it states that there is bonus material such as "mp3 play alongs, blank chord sheets, a "master modules list containing all the modules in Volume 1 and 2 and a lot more" this is supposed to be at this address

www.toddjohnsonmusic.com/bonus_material.... I don't see any material at this web address is this bonus material somewhere else... really wanted the mp3 play alongs where can I get the extras stated in the book ?

Thanks,
Damon

Hey Damon,

Todd's on the road for a few days so I thought I'd jump in. Looks like the "new" link is down, but everything you're looking for can be found at the "old" link. To avoid future confusion for others, I've PM'd it to you.

Hi Damon,

You need a computer with a webcam and high speed internet.

For Mac users we've been using iChat which works great.

For PC users we've been using Google video chat....which also works GREAT. You just need to sign up for a Gmail account (free) and download the Google video chat software (free).

Then we schedule a lesson time etc. and we're good to go.

I charge $75 (US) for an hour lesson. Payment is through PayPal.

It's that simple.

The video software works great now....The only thing we can't do is play together at the same time...there's a latency problem when it comes to playing at the same time. BUT....I have you play...I listen.....Then I play and YOU listen....it works GREAT!! I have a ton of play along things for us to work with. It's organized, concise and efficient.

Drop me a note at todd@toddjohnsonmusic.com or call me at my home number 661-296-5588 and we'll get you scheduled.

Cool???

Cool........

I look forward to talking with you soon.
