Todd,

I placed my order for your DVD moments ago. I'm looking forward to it's arrival. Thank you again.

Joe

PS. Everyone asked me how I lost the weight. You have given me so much great advice, so I'll share this with you. I ate anything I wanted on a daily basis as long as it didn't go above 1,500 calories. I worked out on my elliptical machine for 1 hour each night (on a good night I went approximately 7 miles). I did this everyday. Now, I need a lot of new clothes.

Joe,

Congrats......thanks for the weight loss advice.

I've been working with a personal trainer for 7 weeks now. I've only lost 7 pounds, but I've gained a ton of muscle and feel INFINITELY better.

I'm finally up to about an hour a day of cardio....mostly on the eliptical machine....so the weight loss should kick in pretty soon.......watching my food intake as well.

Cool........

Anyway...thanks for the inspiration!!!

This is GREAT news! Congrats! 1 pound/week isn't bad. 3 pounds/week is very ambitious. Keep it up.

Thank you for the emails confirming the delivery of your DVD. I'm sure my wife will give me a call at work or send me an email when it arrives. She knows how psyched I get about getting bass-related material in the mail.
Joe
