1954 Blonde Kay M-1 for trade or sale

I have a blonde 1954 Kay M-1, serial number 34988 for trade or sale. It has a beautiful quilted maple back, a scroll maple neck, and a brazilian rosewood fretboard. The bass is all original, and it plays and sounds fantastic. It has a few surface scratches, but nothing that affects the playability or structure of the instrument. I will also include a stand and an old soft case. I am 30 miles away from the bass at the moment, so I will post pictures in a couple of hours. The bass has been kept in a humidity controlled acoustic instrument room for the past 30 years, so there are absolutely no issues with warping. The bass is located in Easton, PA. Local pickup is prefered.

I am only selling this bass because I would prefer to have an EUB because of the portability for gigging.
I would idealy trade it for a BSX Allegro or an Eminence. I will pay all shipping charges for an Eminence. PRICE REDUCED from $2100.00 TO $1950.00 and I am open to trade offers. If you have a very valuable instrument I will be willing to add cash to the trade.

These pictures don't really do the bass much justice. The camera I used is pretty lousy and the lighting is dim. I will try to post some better pictures soon.

Some more pictures. The action is really fantastic. I really don't want to get rid of this bass, but its the only way I could afford a decent EUB. In one of the pictures below it appears that the bridge is considerably closer to the neck than it should be. It is just a decieving angle.
