String Setup: 4 string, with low B extention custom made by Chris Threlkeld of Heartland String Bass Shop.
Description: Round back, violin corners, highly arched back and top. Wonderful French bass that has won 2 jobs at the Metropolitan Opera. Great sound and projection, this is not your typical french sound. This bass is in excellent shape and has been well maintained and cared for. Returned from a partial restoration and neck reset in August 2012. It is in near perfect condition.
It is a 7/8 size bass.
It has a D neck
String Length: 41 3/4 inches (106cm).
The total body length is 45 1/4 inches (112cm).
The top bout is 20 3/4 in (53cm) and the bottom bout is 27 1/8 in (70cm). |

I upgraded to a big Italian and hate to see this bass sit in a corner not being played as much as it should. That's really the only reason I'm selling it. I hope that helps! |
