Acoustic Image Contra Series II For Sale

Hello TB!

I'm selling a lovingly used Acoustic Image Contra Series II. I bought it new about 4 years ago and it still works great but I need to upgrade my rig for louder doubling gigs. I have used it as a DB, EB and jazz guitar amp (with a Lexicon reverb as this is the unit without reverb - who would want reverb on a bass amp anyways?) and it's worked great for all sorts of situations.

Since I've used this amp on the road several times, it has a few scratches and bumps and I've tried to reflect this in the price. Everything still works perfectly but the carpeting is coming a bit loose on the top, and there are some small dents in the top of the amplifier section and the bottom grill. I will try to post pictures and/or send them to whomever is interested.

Before selling, I will take the amp to my technician to ensure that everything is in fully working order.

The amp is located in Vancouver, BC but can easily be transported to the Washington for easier shipping to the States.

I'm asking $500 + S/H OBO

Hello - I live in Victoria BC and am very interested in your Acoustic Image Contra Series II For Sale. Is it a combo amp or just the head? Either way, I'd interested. Is it still available? If so, let's talk about ways to get it over here

Thanks to everyone for the interest in the amp. The sale is still open. I have a potential buyer very close to me, but I've sent the amp back to Acoustic Image for a refurb before I sell it to ensure that it's in fine condition before selling.

In regards to that, I'd also like to mention that Acoustic Image's warranty policy is amazing and Rick Jones has so far done a great job of helping me get my amp back into shape.
