| "Feeler" and "PM with offer" threads

I'm creating a new sticky from this post on the BG Classifieds:

Evenin' folks!! After talking with the other mods, we have decided that asking for folks to PM with offers or posting "Feeler" threads without any price is grounds for us closing a thread effective immediately.
If you post a "feeler" ad, you MUST post a price with it.
Also, we're seeing a lot of "PM me with offers" in FS threads. This is not allowed. If you want people to "bid" on your item, take it to ebay.
If there are any questions, please feel free to PM any of the GFS mods and ask away. Thanks everyone!
