| Strings, endpins, tailpiece, etc. Hi:
Cleaning out the closet again!
One mystery tailpiece in good condition, feels light, makes me believe it is probably black-painted maple or some other light wood, comes with metal tailgut - $40.00
I no longer use metal endpins and these were all taken off of basses I have owned in the past.
One short metal endpin with ringand screw, as well as wooden shaft. Good condition $30.00
Kolstein metal endpin with screw off tip, brown wooden shaft, brass ring and screw. Solid and stable pin - $60.00
Kolstein metal endpin with screw off tip, black wooden shaft, brass ring, and screw. Solid and stable pin - $60.00
String Sets:
Dominant E string with Helicore A D and G (blue wrapping): These came new on a bass I bought and were used for one day before I put gut on them. Have been kept for less than a year in an airtight container: great condition $50.00 set
Dominant E string and red-wrapped A D G - I think these are old spirocores that I've owned for a long time but dont' remember which bass they came off of. They last forever anyway so if someone wants to try these - $40.00 set
Mystery orchestral metal strings. These have blue and black candy-cane striped bottoms. I think these were some prototypes given to me to try, which were on my bass for about a week. I remember really liking them but don't remember what they are and since I don't play in an orchestra much these days, they have sat in a box $50.00
Prices do not include shipping!
Warmly,
