Hello hello!
I'm a multi-instrumentalist, but bass guitar was the first thing I ever picked up and it remains the one thing I'm best at, so I am above all else a bassist. My main axe at this time is a 5-string fretless that I use for my improvisational weird stuff, but I want to have built a custom fretted 4-stringer for vintage 60s and early 70s heavy metal type stuff (but that can launch into the extreme metal with the stomp of a pedal). Dave Murray (Iron Maiden) made me pick up the bass, but Lemmy (Motorhead) ties with him as my #1 bass hero.
