Hello all, I'm LilMissStrange. I Googled "bass guitar forums" yesterday, found this site, and believe Im already addicted. Im very glad to be here. I've been playing bass for about 6 years now. I aspired to be a guitar player, but when a friend from school needed a bassist for his band I decided to give it a try and took to it like a duck to water! Im self taught, but could certainly use some improvement. I have a Kay bass from about 1968, that looks similar to the Gibson EB3, as well as a new Daisy Rock Purple Heartbreaker. It may look cute and sweet, but believe me it kicks! I hope to keep expanding my bass collection with time. My favorite band ever is Cream, and I am a ridiculously HUGE Jack Bruce fan!

Here's a fashion shot of me with the new Heartbreaker:

And here's an OLD shot of me for my HS Senior photo with the Kay:

Look forward to talking to all you!

Question Beyond cool ....

Excellent grahics designs on your web site. Have you ever done any album art on commission?

(I guess it would be called CD art these days ...)
