Bass thumb picks

Hi, I've been thrashing for about 20 years, amatuer only.
I use old fender p bass. 4 strings.

I use a thumb pick. My problem is striking strings parallel
with the blade. I need a thumb pick like a zookie
except with a with a wider blade. Propik makes a
metal thumbpick with a nice wide flat blade but but
I need that turn in the blade like a zookie..

Hope somebody has a solution......
