I'm a recent convert from the world of guitars. I've been playing guitar since I was 14, so... 25 years-ish.
Unfortunately not all those years was dedicated to playing. In that time I never developed the leads chops to make me a guitar God but have focused on rythmn guitar aspects and songwriting/composition.
I finally decided to make the transition to Bass. Mostly because it favors my style and I've always had a love for the bass as long as I have been playing. So, here I am.
I recently purchased a totally ravaged Gibson Blackbird and practically perfect Epiphone Blackbird (I've always loved the firebird body).
I also picked up a nice little Behringer 2-10 combo amp.
I'm here mainly for advice and tips and general
comrodery.
