| Could anyone help me on adjusting the truss rod for my new strings?

The other day i bought some new rotosounds RS88LD's and im not sure how to adjust the truss from 45-105 to 65-115 gauge strings, theyre the black nylon strings, i thought id give em a go, the shop that sold me the strings said they gave a nice tone, they were just big, and if the truss isnt adjusted right the neck can crack, costing about 50 pounds to repair, oh, and this is for an epiphone thunderbird IV(non-goth version) |
