Atlansia is an isolated maker of basses and guitars in Japan. Atlansia has originality not to resemble other makers in a design and hardware. Garland bass was released first in 1979. I have a ’79 Garland bass fretless. The wood materials of ’79 Garland are Sen wood(body),Canadian maple(neck) and Persimmon(fingerboard). The neck is thick and firm like an uplight bass, and it will be certain that the contributes to a sound of Garland bass. It's a really superb bass!
