Hey guys, just wanted to stop by and say hi! My name is Devon(yes I'm a girl...), I'm 17 & living in New Jersey. I've been playing bass for about 3 months now, and have been taking lessons since the first day I started playing. A number of years ago I broke my four fingers on my "fret" hand (scooter jumping... LOL!) and I've sprained my strumming fingers numerous times so I try to limit my playing (they still bug me a bit from time to time) but all things considered I think it is going well.

I'm playing a Rogue Violin Bass, and using a small warm-up guitar amp for the moment. I'm saving for a small bass amp... My favorite bands are: Beatles, Led Zeppelin, Rolling Stones, Metallica, Nirvana, Aerosmith & Incubus.

Thanks!
Devon
