Lowell here, I'm a sevenstring guitar player with a severe case of incompetence on a lot of other instruments (never stopped me trying though)

I'm here to learn what I can about the bass guitar, hopefully pick up some tips on gear, sound, playing, etc.

The agenda was originally to scour the net for a potential bass player, and after a whizz around this site, that's no longer the main agenda.

Not much else to say except, I hope I enjoy it here
