Green = no bad habits

Hey everyone! I am new to the Bass but not new to music. I would love any info that you can give to aid me in learning this instrument. What should I focus on, learn or do? Yes I am Green, no bad habits, yours to ruin!.

I am 28, M from Brandon Mantioba Canada.
