Bassist from Finland reporting in.

Currently playing in a rockabilly and a hard rock band, both mainly covers.

I'm equipped with a Fender Squier 5 String (high C) P-bass (which has J-bass mics for some reason...) and a Behringer BLX3000A

Cranehill Rockers @ MySpace hear me playing in a band, Bulldozer Boogie is our own, though not quite the billy...
Yes the vocals are ultra horrible in some (all) tracks, but that ain't me, it's the guitard or the drummer (in Bulldoxer Boogie and Hound Dog) singing... The quality is horrifying .

Also i'd like to ask if I should get a new bass or a head and cab (Thomann preferred because of easy and cheap delivery to Finland. I've been looking for the Höfner Contemporary Club Bass). I could get a Fender Bassman 150W for 300€.
We play in bars and such, nothing the Behringer hasn't been able to handle.
The guitard has a 150W Marshal hybrid and the guitarist has Marshall tube head (if I remeber correctly 150W) with Marshall cab (300W, perhaps 4x10). Don't have money for bass and new amp and price cap is around 500$/€ (can spread to about 600), but the less the better . I prefer the hard rock band over the billy.
