hello from Ridgetop,TN. my name is Raymond. i am currently, & for the past 9 years, playing lead guitar for the celtic rock band "Ceili Rain" (
www.ceilirain.com). i also play bass guitar in several projects. i recieved a Guitarron Mexican bass guitar for Christmas & was a bit thrown off by the way the instrument was strung. it is a six string with 3 steel & 3 nylon. it appears to be strung normally except for the bottom nylon, which moves up a few gauges. i'm not familiar with the proper tuning or string set up & was hoping to gain some info from this cool web site. if anyone here can lend me a hand with my new axe, please contact me at
