I'm an insufferable gear head and have been playing bass since 1965.
I like all styles and genres.
I mostly play in Chicago style blues bands now and classic rock cover bands.
I just departed a Metal band but have a Stoner-rock-metal-doom type project in the works that was inspired by the guitarist from said band.
Always searching for the perfect rig but my main bass has always been American Jazz Basses.
I believe if the drummer and bass player click the rest of the band will follow.
