Hi, I'm Rudy from Bandung Indonesia. I play contrabass for 6 years now. Since there's no decent musical institution in my city that addresses the contrabass, i actually learn the instrument by myself. Bandung is a city of 5 million people, and I think there are only about 10 contrabass players here
I own a 3/4 plywood Strunal and a local made EUB. I use spirochore medium, fishman fullcircle, behringer acoustic driver, pjb briefcase and gk mbe. I played mostly jazz and pop. Forums like these are almost my primary source of info about the bass. So i wanna connect with you guys via this forum...
