Started on a bass in 1985, but filled a hole playing guitar with mates and never got a chance (weak i know) to go back.

Narrowed my choices down to a Cort a5 / elrick 5 or a Soundgear 505 / 905, and theres so much love available now in 2x10 combos (Got a wicked deal option on a Laney - had Laney valve guitar heads and they were brutal). Imminent gearing up makes me giddy....
