Wassup everyone. My name is Darryl. I am 40 years old and picking up the bass again. I dibble dabbled with guitar and bass for a good while, but never got good enough in my mind. Well, ready to start playing again and excited about it. Going to commit to an hour a day, I figure in 6 months I'll be good enough to 'play out', maybe. Long time metal head, but digging the bass lines on an Adult Alternative Album format station lately. Going to get a used Ibanez dr300dx and 20w amp for $200 tomorrow. Stoked! |
