hi, i am fairly new to bass playing,so here comes a dumb question from a newbie.how easy would it be to lower the action on my fender jazz mexican,i also have a yamaha bass which i find easier to play because the action is low.or should i leave the fender as it is and use it when i get better at playing

I play both so it doesn't bother me much, but in this community, if you want an answer, you'll change the title to Bass instead of Guitar.

y'know, there are a lot of ways to improve the action, none
of which you should do unless you have a clue what you
are doing. i suggest you pay a few bucks to have a local
shop do one guitar/bass while you watch, and then try the
other yourself.
