Hello to all the talk bass members!

Hi every one! I am brand new to this forum. Can anyone recommend any good bass podcasts? How about some good bass books? Electric and upright. I have been playing electric bass for 20 years. I own an upright and I want to learn how to play it better, but electric bass is my first love.
