I've stared a new project and stumbled across this forum. It has been VERY helpful. I put a Warmoth neck on a Fender MIM Jazz body, Bartolini pups, Badass II bridge, waiting for delivery of a J-retro 1 pre and Schaller tuners, etc.
So far, the only snag has been in trying to put a Warmoth replacement pickguard on; it doesn't fit the Bartolini 9J neck pup (too small). I started in with a small file and a Dremmel tool but am afraid I might bugger it up. Any suggestions out there? |
