Talking Hello from Belgium!

Hello fellow TalkBass readers and posters,

Let me introduce myself : I'm from Tongeren, Belgium, 25 years old, native French-speaker, work at the European Commission in Brussels. I've been a bass player for 4 years, though I have taken a break for the last year after having sold most of my bass gear.

I stumbled upon TalkBass.com when searching for opinions/information/pictures of the Fender Jaguar bass, and last week I purchased a white one from Ishibashi. It's on its way right now, I can't wait to receive it. I'll make sure to post pictures of it once I receive it. In the meantime I hope I'll have the opportunity to get more involved in this great community!

Sure thing
Would you also like some great Belgian beer to wash that chocolate down your throat?
As for you knowing about Belgian chocolate, how come? Seems most people think Switzerland or Germany make the best chocolate in the world (but they're be wrong, ohhhh so wrong ).

Quite nice
I hope you'll enjoy your trip to Spain, dunno what to expect with the F*ed-up weather we have right now in Europe; last week we had a violent storm and the week before it was 10-15 degrees Celsius...

As for the chocolate if you are serious about it I'm sure we can work something out

Well, if you're still in Belgium, I know some shops in Brussels like Music Office, near the ''gare du midi''.
There are two or three shops in the ''centrall station''.
I think, if you walk in Brussels, you'll find some cool things.
Last time I went to a concert, was in ''Wezembeek-oppem'', but I don't really know where and when to jam..
I would also like to know.

I also know a shop in ''Liège'' , exactely ''rue paradie 88'' it's called Euromusique, and it's a Modulus bass Dealer (it's where I bought mine )
