hello from davenport ia

Sign in to disble this ad
I"ve been a bass player for 3 solid years now.i know thats not real long but i feel like i have come a long way and getting pretty good.I"ve recently upgraded my rig from the Peavey tourseries 700 to the Peavey VB2 tube bass amp.I play a Fender Aerodyne through a road ready Mesa cab (4-10s & a 15) this amp is a beast and I"m having one heck of a time gettin this thing "dialed in". Any suggestions ? It"s either to much of one thing or not enough of the other ?

Welcome to TB- on *getting dialed in* - what exactly is your issue? Too boomy/too twangy/too mid-heavy- what?
