I figure it is time I stop lurking and actually participate in the forum.
I have been playing bass since 1983, when I started on an Epiphone short scale I borrowed from a friend. Since then I have owned a lot of equipment and played a lot of gigs.
My primary bass is a 2003 Ric 4003 Fireglo, I play a GK700RB through two Eden 2x12 cabs. I also own a 1998 Carvin B4, a MIM Fender fretless Jazz, a Hartke 3500 head, and a Tacoma DR12 six-string acoustic.
I have played in a rock band called fortyminusone for the last three and a half years, and I have played and sang at my church for the last ten years. I have played in more bands in my years than I could possibly remember, as well as various assorted sub jobs, choir shows, etc.
