Hi, I am new to the forum so hello to everyone!
I have played electric bass for over ten years and been learning double bass for the last two or three but I have just bought my first fretless bass guitar - a Fender Jazz Bass - and am keen to learn more about it.
It is a Squier walnut body and pickups and everything but someone has stuck a Fender MIM fretless neck and flatwound strings on it. Any comments please!?
I am considering upgrading the pickups but not sure what would work best on this combination. Also, is it possible or worth converting it to active?
And finally, would a badass bass bridge be a worthwhile upgrade?
