FINALLY registered for the forms here, even though I've been lurking around for quite the while... Anywho, its great to see a site with so many bassists, chock full of so much information. This place officially ROCKS.
I've been playing since 2001, have been in a few bands that enjoyed limited local "success" (IE, we had much fun) that ranged in style from one that had a strange yet fun blend of death metal and ska (deathska, we called it), to ska punk to staight up Kiss/AC DC style rock and roll. I Love a lot of punk rock and ska, so I assume thats why I play it hehe. Metal also rules my world... hell, Any music that has a great bassline and I'm into it.
Fav players: Flea,Tim Commerford, Justin Chancellor, Steve Harris, Roger of Less than Jake and #2 from Anti-Flag.
