Hi all, I'm going to be a beginner bassist (as soon as I get one) and I was wondering which bass is the best considering budget and sound. I've been told not to buy starter packs, but go after used jazz basses instead. Nice forum by the way, I was looking for an internet community for bassists to join, and this site was the first one to show up on google.
