Not new - but back after a looonnng absence, hows everyone been?

Hello to all my old pals and hope to be making some new ones......

Haven't been playing much in the last two years, going through some life changing stuff and picked up a Jazz bass last week and boy it felt good, still got all my gear in the basement, I'll be dusting off the NV215 at the weekend.

Any tips or new routines for a cramped up returning bass players hands?????

Hey thanks, there was atime where I was on just about everything, but I had to find out that living was more important!

I'm a Fender/Ampeg dude so I was always involved in those threads the most.
