Hi all,, new (?) old boy here.

Sign in to disble this ad
Brass Nut is not from the way the wife refers to "pertinant" parts of the body,,, Just one thing on the bass that stands out as being different (Good a reason as any?)
Played drums a bit many years ago, little rythem, lead etc. (60's & 70's - yup, I'm that young). Got caught up with a Aria 4 str. bass ans found it most enjoyable,,, for a short while. One of the kids knocked it over and snapped the head, Never got around to affording to replace it nor the time to spend with it.
Well, kids gone, their college done, and I've time.
Thus, I'm bass(icly) back in the program (almost).
Planning on playing for personnal pleasure,, and maybe at the local Irish Pub on open night occasionally (very occasionally).
As all, looking for info, and like mindedness and found this place.
So,,,, Hello
